By using omegagiven.com and the games and apps linked from it, you agree to these terms.
Our games and free apps are provided as-is, for personal use. Don't attack, overload or try to break the site or its multiplayer servers, cheat in ways that ruin other players' games, or use offensive names. We may remove names, end lobbies or block access to keep things fair and safe.
You sign in with a Google or GitHub account. You're responsible for activity on your account. Usernames are first come, first served; we may reclaim names that impersonate others or are offensive.
Paid services are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Many of our apps are open source and are governed by the license in their repositories, not by these terms.
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, OmegaGiven isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
